These terms govern your use of the WatchDog app and website, provided by WatchDog Media LLC (“WatchDog”, “we”). By using WatchDog you agree to them.

Who can use WatchDog

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You may create profiles for children in your care and invite other adults to your family.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity in your account and for the information you add to it.

Our guidance

WatchDog’s fits, scores and notes are informational guidance to help you decide. They aren’t a guarantee that a title is right for a particular child, and the final decision is always yours. Titles, ratings and streaming availability can change, and we may not be able to update every record right away.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, for example by attempting to access other families’ data, interfering with the app, or copying our catalog or reviews in bulk.

Subscriptions

If paid features are offered, they’re purchased and managed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s terms. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings.

Our content

The app, its design, and its reviews and scores belong to WatchDog. Movie and show titles and related marks belong to their owners.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

WatchDog is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
